Our Uttrakhand based factory in Roorkee (Dev Bhoomi) is conveniently accessible by road and train from Delhi. Our manufacturing plant has state of the art, hygienic, eco-friendly infrastruc-ture, latest equipment and expert technicians to produce high- quality products that meet international standards.
2. INFRASTRUCTURE
Factory with 8000 sq metres of land and 1,00,000 sq ft covered area is exclusively marked for toilet soap production. Additionally we also have 1,00,000 sq ft of expandable space, 24/7 electricity, water boring, and rainwater harvesting systems.
3. PLANT AND MACHINERY DETAILS
- Line 1 of 750 Kgs/Hr: Pre mill, Sigma Mixture, Primary Plodder, Triple Roll Mill, Duplex Twin Worm Vacuum Plodder, Rotary cutter, 4 Cavity Automatic stamping supported by plus and minus chiller.
- Line 2 of 1000 Kgs/Hr: Pre mill, Sigma Mixture, Primary Plodder, Triple Roll Mill, Duplex Twin Worm Vacuum Plodder, TB cutter, 6 Cavity Automatic stamping supported by plus and minus chiller.
- Line 3 of 750 Kgs/Hr: Pre mill, Sigma Mixture, Primary Plodder, Triple Roll Mill, Duplex Twin Worm Vacuum Plodder, Rotary cutter, 6 Cavity Automatic stamping supported by plus and minus chiller.
- Pillow Pouch/Flow wrap machines, Soap wrapping machines, Ink-Jet Coding with conveyors & rewinding machine.
- Clear Soap nil Alcohol (melt and pour process): 4MT/Day comprising- Double jacketed electrically heated Vessel (4 Nos of different capacities), moulding plastic tray (250 Nos), Manual and Automatic cutting and stamping (6 sets).
- Ribbon mixture, SS mesh, Shrink tunnel and filling machine for Talcum powder.
- Also we have the facility for making Hand Wash, Face Wash, Shower Gel, Shampoo etc
4. R&D FACILITIES
FEBCI’s modern R&D facilities provide unique soap formulation and testing capabilities. With ISI standard equipment and a 5 kg capacity pilot plant, we ensure quality at every stage of development.
5. IN-HOUSE LABORATORY
FEBCI has in-house testing equipment for raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and online QC to ensure consistent product quality.
